This page provides general information and does not replace an individual medical consultation. Indication, product, technique and treatment plan are decided only after assessment; not every treatment is suitable for every person.
What is assessed
Dark circles and lower-eyelid concerns may relate to pigmentation, thin skin, volume, bone structure or eyelid bags. The cause determines whether treatment may help.
Anatomy and context
Dark circles may result from pigmentation, visible vessels, thin skin or a hollow between the eyelid and cheek. These are different causes and do not all respond to injectable treatment.
Limits
Prominent eyelid bags and significant laxity are not corrected by injectables and may require an ophthalmic or oculoplastic opinion.
Treatments that may be considered
This list is informational. It does not mean that every option is suitable for every person. Choosing not to proceed is also an option.
