If you call, use WhatsApp or send an email, the practice processes the name, contact details and message you provide in order to reply and arrange an appointment. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a service is provided.
Photographs and health information are not required to arrange an appointment and should not be sent. Clinical information is collected during the medical consultation and is protected by professional confidentiality.
Online booking
Booking through MioDottore takes place on an external platform, which processes data under its own privacy notice. This website contains only a link that opens after you choose it.
Recipients and retention
Data may be processed by the controller, authorised confidential staff and technical providers acting under appropriate data-protection arrangements. Data are not sold or disclosed for marketing.
Contact messages are retained only for the time needed to handle the request and appointment, subject to legal obligations. Clinical records follow the retention rules applying to medical practice.

Your rights
